Josh Durham
Owner, Founder
Josh Durham knows construction from the ground up. He graduated with honors from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture (with a Construction Management focus). He spent the next 17 years at Hoffman Construction Company, the Northwest's largest general contractor, serving in project management roles on some of the most complex projects in the region.
While working in market sectors from education and government to office development and airport terminals, Josh has overseen more than $1 billion in large-scale commercial construction. He also holds the distinction – rare in today's environment – of starting and finishing every project he's been a part of. This gives him a holistic perspective on the entire construction process, and a unique skill set to help clients meet the formidable challenges of today's building industry.
Josh founded Gamut Project Solutions driven by his profound empathy for the demands faced by owners, designers, and contractors. After nearly two decades in the trenches, he understands the high-stakes environment of commercial construction. He has made it his mission to help clients avoid the pitfalls and, more importantly, take the proactive steps that save them time, money, and headaches. For Josh, construction is less about what you build and more about who you build up. His mission is to Make Building Easier for everyone.
